Payments

Customers are issued a Pro-Forma Invoice, in other words, the goods are invoiced, the client is contacted, the client then pays the amount due and goods are sent the next working day.

Payment can be made by cheque, visa, master card, bank card, money order or bank transfer (see below for our bank details). Dishonoured cheques attract a fee of $15 AUD.

We ask clients to record their invoice number and company name in the description field when making a bank transfer.

Delivery

The delivery date for stock orders will depend on the styles of Jewellery ordered. Please email our office to find out how your order is progressing. Special customer orders manufactured in Australia should be sent within approximately 2 weeks from the date of order. Customer orders from overseas may take between 4-6 weeks from the time the order is placed. Enquiries about special orders should be sent to enquiries@hayonjewellery.com.au.

Prices

Prices for Jewellery items are quoted in Australian dollars and prices for loose diamonds are quoted in US Dollars and do not include GST. Due to the fluctuation of the dollar; precious metals and stones, prices are subject to change without notice. Please refer to www.kitco.com for daily data and reports.

Shipping

All Domestic Goods are sent registered and insured with Australia Post. The insurance fee will depend on the value of the goods. For every $100 there is $1 charge. Please refer to your Pro-Forma invoice for charges on shipping.

International: We use different types of couriers depending on the country and the value of the goods. Unless contacted we shall use our nominated carrier. Please refer to your Pro-forma invoice for quotes on shipping.

Returned Stock

We guarantee our workmanship and we will credit or replace any faulty goods. We don’t however replace goods because you have changed your mind. Please select carefully.
